About this spot
From the 5 freeway, connect to the 57 northbound, passing the 60 while staying on the 57. Exit at Via Verde (the Raging Waters exit). Turn right onto Via Verde, then quickly right again onto San Dimas Drive. After 2 miles, turn right onto Puddingstone, followed immediately by a left onto Tanglewood. Navigate to 100 Tanglewood Drive, San Dimas CA 91773 and park along Tanglewood near the apartment complex. On foot, head back down Tanglewood, turn right onto Puddingstone, then left onto San Dimas Drive. About a quarter mile along the right side, locate the trailhead. The path passes several large pipes that formerly transported water from the adjacent amusement park (now covered in graffiti). Walk across these pipes and continue following the trail, which can also be navigated by staying in the creek bed. This route leads to a waterfall where jumping occurs. Multiple jump platforms exist at varying heights, with options ranging from approximately 20 feet at the lowest to roughly 60 feet at the highest. A rope ladder assists climbers returning to the top, and an alternate walking route around the back allows access to the cliff top without climbing the face.
