North of there, Inks Lake's Devils Waterhole and Possum Kingdom Lake's Hell's Gate (a former Red Bull Cliff Diving venue, with ~90-foot bluffs) are legends. Around Austin, the Barton Creek Greenbelt's Twin Falls and Sculpture Falls offer low ledges and rope swings, and Wimberley's Blue Hole and Jacob's Well are iconic swimming holes. Farther out sit Lake Whitney's bluffs and the remote Dolan Falls on the Devils River.
