Michigan's cliff jumping is concentrated in the Upper Peninsula and a handful of quarries and bridges down south. Marquette is the hub: the Black Rocks at Presque Isle Park, Dead River Falls, and Little Presque Isle all drop into Lake Superior or its tributaries, and Canyon Falls near L'Anse is a UP classic. Down in the Lower Peninsula, the Huron River around Ann Arbor (Bandemer and Foster bridges), Petoskey's Lake Michigan breakwall, Holland's pier, and flooded quarries near Flint round things out. Great Lakes water is cold and rip currents are a serious hazard at the pier spots — and many are officially discouraged.
