About this spot

A small ~13-foot cascade on the brook running through Center Springs Park, a 57-acre town park in central Manchester. Reached via paved and dirt paths from Bigelow Street or the Route 83/Wadsworth Street side; free roadside and lot parking nearby. The pond above the falls has a boardwalk crossing. This is a scenic, family-friendly viewpoint rather than a jump spot -- no documented cliff jumping or swimming culture, and the drop is short and rocky. Flow is heaviest after spring rains and snowmelt. Treat it as a look, not a leap.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
