About this spot
Outside Dubrovnik's southern city walls, below the hole-in-the-wall Buža bars, locals and visitors jump from the limestone ledges straight into the Adriatic. Heights run roughly 15-30 ft depending on the ledge; the water is deep and clear but the rock is sharp and the exits are by ladder or scramble. Go in calm seas only — swell slams the lower ledges — and expect crowds in summer.
Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
