About this spot
Twin Falls sits in the Hoʻolawa Valley at mile 2 of the Road to Hana, fed by streams out of the Koʻolau Forest Reserve — a series of waterfalls and swimming holes on private farm land that is open to visitors. The lower falls have shorter ledges; the upper 'Caveman' falls has the bigger jump into a deep plunge pool. Flash floods are the real hazard here: never enter murky or rising water, and check depth before every jump — rocks shift between seasons. Parking at the farm stand.
