About this spot

From Attleboro, take 495 north to exit 20 and turn right onto Route 85. Continue for a minute or two, then turn left onto Wayden Street (also listed as Walden Street on some maps). This street marks the entrance to a newly developed residential area where houses are still under construction. The quarry sits at the back of the development; follow a short dirt trail to the left to reach it. Multiple trails crisscross the area. The main quarry features jump heights around 20 and 30 feet, with another potential jump across from the main area appearing to reach 35-40 feet. A secondary, smaller quarry exists deeper in the woods accessible via right-hand trails, though it requires more exploration to locate. Note that earlier directions referencing River Street and a curvy hill do not match current conditions. Navigation is relatively straightforward given the limited road network in the vicinity.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
