About this spot

Bridesmaid Falls (historically Noble Falls) is a real, if obscure, pair of roughly 50-foot drops on the western flank of Cannon Mountain in Franconia, NH, feeding Tucker Brook. It's a genuine "lost waterfall" - a rough 1-mile out-and-back from parking at Mittersill, with a steep, unmaintained, sometimes rope-assisted final descent to a hard-to-spot sign. Pin matches the OSM-confirmed location exactly. No swimming or jumping culture is documented; the remote, unmaintained access itself is the main hazard.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
