About this spot

Also called Silver Spray Falls or "Hidden Falls," a real perennial two-tiered waterfall in the Delaware Water Gap NRA near Layton, NJ, reached via an unmarked, hard-to-navigate trail with a stream crossing from the Buttermilk Falls lot. Guides call it experienced-hikers-only and photogenic but do not mention swimming or jumping — treat it as a viewing destination until jump culture is confirmed.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
