About this spot

Rock Creek Falls is a roughly 55-150 foot cascade near Zirconia in Henderson County, once used to power a mill whose ruins remain at the base. It sits on privately owned land, but there are no posted no-trespassing signs, and a short walk downstream from the informal parking area (via Green River Road and Rock Creek Road off US-25) gives a good view. Its height and lack of a real pool make it more scenic overlook than swim spot, and no jumping or swimming culture is documented here.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
