About this spot
From Roseburg, head north on OR-138 until you reach milepost 58.6. Make a left turn onto Road 34 (Toketee-Rigdon Road). Keep left and cross the concrete bridge, then turn left into the trailhead parking lot. The actual trailhead entrance is located at the far end of this lot. One approach involves parking along the road and hiking directly down to the waterfall's top, then descending via rappel. An alternative route accesses the location from the opposite side, allowing you to swim across the pool above the falls, though swimmers should be aware that the water movement in this area presents some risk. This alternate route remains viable with appropriate caution.
Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
