About this spot
From Portland, Oregon take I-205 south to exit 10 (Park Place/Molalla). Continue on this route until you reach a tree orchard approximately 13 miles from the exit. Turn left onto S. Molalla Rd, with the orchard visible at the corner. Drive through Molalla until you reach a flashing red light, then turn left. Continue to S. Matthias Rd and turn right. Follow this road until S. Feyrer Park Rd, then veer left. After crossing a bridge, you'll reach a road junction. Take a right onto S. Dickie Prarie Rd and stay on it until you see a large bridge on your right, which is S. Molalla Forest Rd. Take this road uphill for approximately 6.3 miles. A gravel turnout will appear on your left where you can park at Sundial Rock. To reach the Narrows, continue 4 miles further up the road to another turnout with an additional road branching downward. Park here and take the trail behind you downward until you enter a small clearing. A wide trail goes to the right, but take the narrower trail to the left to access the Narrows.
