About this spot
This location offers multiple jumping options for various skill levels. The main feature is a 25-foot bridge spanning a river that flows into the Delaware several miles downstream. Directly beneath the bridge, water depth ranges from 10 to 12 feet, requiring jumpers to use proper technique with bent knees upon entry. The exceptional clarity of the water allows visibility of the riverbed, which may concern some visitors initially but proves safe once observed. Moving away from the bridge, water gradually deepens to 25 to 30 feet. Additional features include a rope swing positioned roughly 50 feet downstream from the bridge, accessible via a woodland trail with a stick provided to help pull the swing within reach. Further along the same path stands a tree with two wooden jumping platforms mounted at heights of 60 feet and 80 feet respectively. Climbers should ascend one at a time. To reach the site from New Jersey, take Route 80 West into Pennsylvania and take the second exit (#309). From Pennsylvania, use Route 80 or 447 depending on your location. Exit 309 leads to Marshalls Creek. Upon exiting onto Route 209/447, turn left at the traffic light approximately 100 yards ahead to maintain Route 447. Continue through East Stroudsburg, then turn right at a stop sign near a Wendy's to stay on 447. After the road fork, proceed straight. Train tracks will appear on your left as you enter Analomink, Pennsylvania. At the Analomink Post Office, turn left onto Cherry Lane Road for parking options. The jumping bridge is visible from the road. Parking near both the Post Office and Golf Course carries towing warnings, though vehicles have been left there successfully. Access the site by following the train tracks back toward the bridge.
