About this spot

This location features jumps spanning from 28 feet to 60 feet, with an additional tree jump rarely attempted that reaches approximately 75 feet. Starting from Kennett Square, PA, head south on Route 1 for roughly 10 minutes until it becomes Route 591. Turn right onto Connelly Road, which transitions into Old Mill Road and crosses the Maryland border. Continue for about a mile and a half to an intersection with Route 222, then proceed straight through a three-way intersection onto Cooks Landing Road. Follow this road to its terminus. Secure your vehicle as theft has occurred at this location. From the parking area, walk left along the train tracks, and just before reaching a tunnel entrance, turn right onto a marked path. This trail leads directly to the jump site along the Susquehanna River.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
