About this spot
Starting from Keystone, SD, follow the main road toward Mount Rushmore and keep going straight. Watch for Horse Thief Lake directional signs. Rather than using the parking area, continue driving until you reach a small pull-out viewpoint. The cliff site is clearly visible on your right side.
