Begin at Grapevine Mills Mall in Grapevine, TX. Take F.M. 2499 toward Flower Mound, moving away from the highway. Continue until reaching a major intersection at Lakeside Dr. Turn left onto Lakeside Dr. and proceed through several roundabouts, maintaining your direction away from your starting point. When you spot a gas station on the left side, take the first available right turn (the only option before a large dam structure blocks further passage). Follow this road until it ends within Rock Ledge Park. Park at the terminus to access the cliffs directly. For taller formations ranging from 25 to 30 feet, walk along the biking trail that circles the lake's perimeter.
