About this spot
Starting from Montpellier, head east on Route 2 before turning north onto Route 14. Continue on Route 14 North through Woodbury, then turn left onto Cabot Road. Travel approximately 1.5 miles on Cabot Road until you locate an unmarked left turn onto a dirt road. Follow this rough, rutted path for about a mile to reach a clearing with parking. Note that vehicles with limited ground clearance should proceed cautiously on this road due to its uneven surface. From the parking area, two paths on foot lead to the quarry: the left path (continuation of the approach road) takes you to the quarry's base, while the right path leads to the top of the quarry.
