About this spot

Gerry's Falls is a real, seasonal waterfall (cumulative drop roughly 100-125 feet in a series of cascades) on Mountain Brook in Ascutney State Park, VT, about 0.9 miles up the Windsor Trail from a small gravel trailhead lot. Pin matches the OSM-confirmed location exactly. Mountain Brook runs low much of the summer, so flow is best in May-June snowmelt season. No swimming or jumping culture is documented here - it's presented purely as a hiking rest stop - and low seasonal flow limits any pool depth for jumping.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
