About this spot

Levey Landing Park (often misspelled "Levy") is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers day-use area on Lake Sacajawea, the Snake River reservoir behind Ice Harbor Dam, about 14 miles north of Pasco via the Kahlotus Highway off US-12. Park at the day-use lot, cross the old railroad grade, and walk south roughly half a mile along the tracks to reach the main ledge, about 40 feet above the water, with a few smaller ledges nearby. Because this is a Corps-managed reservoir, federal regulation (36 CFR 327.26) prohibits diving, jumping, or swinging into the water from cliffs, trees, bridges, or other structures here, the same rule enforced at Corps lakes nationwide. Depth and current vary with dam operations, so treat any reported depth as approximate.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
