Located near Levy Landing Park in the Pasco area, this cliff sits in a pond adjacent to the Columbia River and reaches approximately 40 feet in height. Additional smaller cliffs are scattered throughout the vicinity. To access the site, head north on the Kahlotus Highway from Highway 12, which is a couple miles outside Pasco. Continue on the Kahlotus Highway for roughly 14 miles until you reach Levy Park. Enter the park, drive along the road until crossing an old railroad bed, then leave your vehicle and walk south along the railroad bed for about half a mile. The cliff formation appears along the riverside at this location. The water depth is sufficient for diving and performing backflips.
