About this spot
Located near Levy Landing Park in the Pasco area, this cliff sits in a pond adjacent to the Columbia River and reaches approximately 40 feet in height. Additional smaller rock formations dot the surrounding region. To access the site, head north from Highway 12 on Kahlotus Highway, roughly two miles outside Pasco. Continue on Kahlotus Highway for approximately 14 miles until reaching Levy Park. Turn right into the park entrance and drive along the park road until it passes over an abandoned railroad bed. Leave your vehicle at this point and walk south along the railroad bed for roughly half a mile, where you'll find the main cliff positioned next to the river. The pond offers sufficient depth for diving and backflipping.
Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
