From East Towne Mall in Madison, head north on E Towne Mall for 0.3 miles, then turn right out of the parking lot and left onto Zeier Road for 0.3 miles. Turn right onto US-151 N/E Washington Avenue for 0.8 miles, then merge onto I-39 N/I-90 W/I-94 W via Exit 97B toward Wisconsin Dells for 26.9 miles. Take the WI-78 S/I-39 N exit (Exit 108A-B) toward Merrimac/US-51/Portage/Wausau for 0.2 miles, then merge onto I-39 N via Exit 108B for 28.3 miles. Exit at CR-E/CR-J (Exit 113) toward Westfield for 0.3 miles, turn right onto CR-E E/CR-J E for 0.2 miles, then left onto CR-E for 10 miles. Turn left onto WI-22/CR-E for 1 mile and right onto CR-E for 5.4 miles. Turn left onto WI-73/S Main Street/CR-E/CR-N for 1.1 miles, right onto N Limit Road/CR-E/CR-N for 0.5 miles, and left onto CR-N for 3 miles. Turn left onto CR-N/CR-Z and continue following CR-Z for 3.8 miles, then right onto WI-21 for 3.5 miles, and left onto Main Street. Look for signage for Red Granite Correctional Institute at traffic lights; continue straight and the quarry appears on the right near the post office—turn left to access it. Cliff heights span from approximately 10 feet to 25 feet, with a tree jump available at 35-40 feet. Water depth reaches 100-300 feet, with no rock hazards to avoid.
