Bluffy coves near the Windy Hill Recreation Site and campground on Roosevelt Lake's southeast shore in Tonto National Forest, right across from the Tonto National Monument cliff dwellings. Shoreline rock outcrops offer informal jumping, but usable height and access shift with lake level, and no independent trip report or video specifically documents jump culture here beyond general lake swimming.
