About this spot

Take I-35 to London Road and follow directions toward the Lester Park golf course sign, then turn left into the parking lot. Multiple jumping locations exist throughout the area. Two sites are accessible via trails departing left or right from the parking lot near the stream. A third location requires walking across the park to reach a separate stream. Always inspect water conditions before jumping. For the alternate access point, proceed past the railroad tracks from the same initial directions and enter the lower parking area by the bridge. A trail near the trestle leads down to the river where two jump options await. One platform provides heights ranging from 25 to 35 feet, while another drops approximately 25 feet and features natural stone formations integrated into the cliff face. The pool at this location appears deep enough that the bottom cannot be reached, but verify water depth and safety before attempting jumps.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
