About this spot

Big Falls is a roughly 25-foot waterfall on State Game Lands 13 in Sullivan County, near Jamison City. Reached via a 0.77-mile hike up Grassy Hollow Road from the gated parking area, then a steep, unmarked 150-foot descent to the stream bed -- guides warn inexperienced hikers not to attempt it. No maintained trail, no cell signal, and no documented reports of swimming or jumping here; it reads as a remote photography destination rather than an established swimming hole. Satellite imagery shows a plausible plunge pool at the pin.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
