About this spot

Twin Falls (Upper, ~12-15 ft) sits on State Game Lands 13 near Jamison City, Sullivan County, reached by a haphazardly-blazed user trail off Grassy Hollow Road -- described as the easiest of the SGL13 falls to reach, though the terrain stays rugged. Satellite imagery shows visible whitewater right at the pin, matching a published GPS waypoint within about 100 feet. No swimming or jumping reports turned up; guides treat it as a hiking/photography stop.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
