About this spot

Beginning from Nashville, head east on Route 40 for approximately 10 miles before exiting at Stewart's Ferry Pike (exit 219), which directs you toward J Percy Priest Dam. Turn right onto Stewart's Ferry Pike and continue straight as the road becomes Bell Road/Pleasant Hill Road. Make a left turn off Bell Road into the Lincoya Bay Apartment complex via Lincoya Bay Drive. Proceed straight along Lincoya Bay Drive until you locate a small damaged gate next to a fence between two apartment buildings. Walk along the tree line adjacent to this gate, passing through several residential yards, until a path appears on your left side leading to the jumping area. Park discreetly in the neighborhood, noting any posted towing restrictions. Multiple jump options are available in the 25 to 30-foot range, with a rope swing accessible further along the trail. The stone formations below are manageable to avoid, though careless footing creates serious risk.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
