About this spot

Coordinates have been corrected to the park's rocky point on Lake Champlain. Jumps range from a beginner-friendly 20 feet up to the well-known 76-foot cliff that draws experienced jumpers; the town has posted signs discouraging jumping, but it is legal on this public land. Underwater ledges and depth shift with lake level, and the 76-footer in particular has caused serious injuries. Trails from the Queen City Park Road parking area lead directly to the rocks.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
