About this spot
Starting from Arlington, Washington, head north on Interstate 5 to Highway 20. Travel west on Highway 20 toward Anacortes. At the first intersection, bear left, then at the next T-junction, turn left again. The road curves through the area passing a cemetery before reaching its end. Look for a small sign marking the left turn toward Whistle Lake and take it. The road surface transitions to gravel as you continue. The parking area typically has multiple vehicles. From there, plan for approximately a one-mile walk to reach the location.
Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
