About this spot
Saguaro Lake near Phoenix, AZ offers multiple launch points ranging from approximately 6 feet up to 35-40 feet. The larger jumps feature some boulders in the landing zone, though these can be avoided with a modest running start. Once you move away from the cliff base, the lake reaches significant depth. Always verify conditions before attempting any jump. To reach the site from Mesa, travel east on Highway 60, then exit onto Power Road heading north. Continue as Power Road transforms into Bush Highway and curves eastward until you encounter a stop sign at the junction with N Usery Pass Road.
Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
