About this spot
Located in the Salmon River Falls Unique Area near Orwell in Oswego County, New York. To reach this site from Syracuse and southern areas, take Route 81 northbound to exit 36 at Pulaski. Turn right onto Route 13 and drive approximately 6 miles to Cemetery Street (County Route 22) in Altmar, then turn left. Continue on Route 22 for about 4 miles beyond the reservoir until you encounter Falls Road, marked by a Salmon River Falls sign. Travel 1.5 miles down Falls Road to find parking on the right side.
