About this spot
Fungi Falls is a series of three drops (roughly 75 feet total) inside Green River Game Land near Saluda, NC, reached by an informal, unmarked route rather than an official trail: park at the gate, walk the gravel road about half a mile, then follow red blazes along a ridge. Because it's managed game land, expect restricted or hunter-heavy access during NC hunting seasons — check current dates before visiting. No swimming hole or jumping culture is documented at this specific falls, unlike some other spots in the game land; treat any pools at the base as unverified for depth and rockfall hazard.
