About this spot
Departing Portland heading eastbound on I-84 toward Hood River, exit at 63 toward City Center. At the traffic light, turn right. When you encounter a flashing red signal, make another right turn onto Oak Street. Continue along Oak Street until reaching 13th Street, then turn left at that light. Remain on this road as it curves and eventually merges onto 12th Street, a particularly twisting route. Stay the course until Tucker Road appears, then turn left.
