Proceed down to the N Webster Street intersection (marked by a traffic light and City Slice pizzeria). Pass Redington Hall and turn left at Ridge Row to park at the tennis courts. From the parking area, walk beyond the courts and follow the train tracks. Listen for sounds of water and watch for increasing graffiti coverage along the way. The falls entrance is located near a guard rail and heavily tagged metal pole. This location sits approximately 2 miles from another Scranton jumping site in the area.
