About this spot
Twin Falls is a 15-18 foot, river-wide waterfall on the Toxaway River a short distance downstream of Toxaway Falls and US-64, reached via roughly 1.6 miles out-and-back on the Toxaway River Trail. A high spot in the rock ledge splits the flow into the "twin" cascades. Reaching the best vantage requires crossing the river, which can be impassable at high flow, the main hazard. No cliff-jumping culture is documented.
Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
