About this spot

Key Falls is a 50-foot cascade on private land owned by the Key Falls Inn, a bed-and-breakfast off Everett Road near Brevard. The owners graciously allow public visitors to park at the inn and walk a short path to view the falls from the base, but every source describes it as a look-only stop, not a swim or jump spot. There is no documented swimming or cliff-jumping culture here, and visitors should stay off the inn's land beyond the marked path and be respectful. Treat this as a scenic roadside waterfall rather than a plunge pool.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
