About this spot

From Nashville, head east on route 40 for approximately 10 miles before exiting at Stewarts Ferry Pike (exit 219) toward J Percy Priest Dam. Turn right onto Stewarts Ferry Pike and continue straight as the road becomes Bell Road and then Pleasant Hill Road. Turn left from Bell Road into the Lincoya Bay Apartment complex via Lincoya Bay Drive. Stay on Lincoya Bay Drive until you locate a deteriorated gate adjacent to a fence between two apartment buildings. Follow the tree line beside this gate through several residential yards until a path appears on your left leading to the jumping area. Park discreetly in the neighborhood and watch for no-parking restrictions. Multiple jump options exist in the 25 to 30 foot range, plus a suspended rope swing located further along the path. The rocky base below presents manageable clearance, though caution is necessary to avoid injury.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
