About this spot

Starting from Ponca, Arkansas, head east on Highway 74 for approximately 7 to 8 miles. The route features winding and steep terrain, so drive cautiously. Look for the Kyles Landing/Camp Or sign and turn left onto a dirt road. Continue straight past the Camp Or turnoff for about 7 miles until reaching the river. Enter the Kyle's Landing campground and proceed to the canoe launch area by following signs through the parking lot. A dirt path on the right side of this location leads toward the water. Follow this trail for roughly half a mile until it terminates at the river's edge, where the cliff is located. Before jumping, verify water depths. Access the jump by climbing the right side of the cliff formation. Leave the area in clean condition when finished.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
