This pin sits inside Fort Mountain State Park on the Mill Creek Falls chain, reachable from the Hickey Gap area or the Cool Springs and Mill Creek Falls Loop. The creek has a dozen-plus cascades and four named falls, and hikers report that the third falls in that sequence has a rope swing and swimming hole. It's unclear whether this specific '(2)' pin corresponds to that swimming spot or one of the smaller, non-swimmable cascades nearby, and the 50-foot height listed here doesn't match descriptions of a small forest waterfall.
