About this spot

From Honolulu, take H1 West to exit 10, then turn right onto Waimano Home Road. Turn left on Komo Mai Drive and follow it to the end at a circular area. Park along the road and proceed past the gate. The main trail continues for approximately half a mile until you reach a marked sign indicating Waimano Falls is three-quarters of a mile away. Turn right at the sign and descend the steep slope, then follow the narrow trail down through the valley. You'll arrive at three distinct pools: a large pool fed by a substantial waterfall, a small pool, and a third pool featuring 15 to 20 foot cliffs suitable for jumping on its perimeter, along with a rope swing for additional options.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
