About this spot

Begin at the intersection of Hill Road and Muskrat Road near Quakertown, PA, where you'll find a state game lands parking area. From the lot, head back toward Rich Hill Road and turn left, walking along the road until you reach a bridge with railroad tracks overhead. Climb onto the tracks where cleared pathways exist on both sides. Continue along the rails, staying on the left track when the line splits. After roughly 100 yards, you'll notice a prominent open path leading up to a structure on an elevated area. Follow this path uphill, keeping left as you ascend. The quarry will come into view with a gate positioned to the right. Pass around the gate and continue following the path higher up the slope. Within about two minutes of walking, you'll encounter a side path on your left; alternatively, another leftward route appears approximately 50 feet further ahead. Take either of these paths to reach a spacious clearing with rock outcroppings suitable for placing towels and gear.

Safety first. Cliff jumping is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Conditions — water depth, submerged hazards, and access — change constantly. CliffScout is community-sourced reference information, not a guarantee a spot is safe. Always assess the conditions yourself before jumping, and never jump where you're unsure. You assume all risk.
